Tárnok Timea – Counseling Psychologist and Family Therapist
Tárnok Timea is a Counseling Psychologist and Family Therapist with master’s degrees in Economics, Psychology, and Counseling Psychology.
Her professional background includes human resources, executive headhunting, psychological assessment systems, organizational development, coaching, and staff development within European Union institutions.
Throughout her career, she observed how rigid professional and institutional frameworks often struggle to accommodate the complexity of individual human experiences.
A Professional and Personal Journey
A defining chapter of her personal journey was an 800-kilometer pilgrimage along the Camino de Santiago to Finisterre, followed by extended time in Nepal exploring different approaches to consciousness, healing, and personal transformation.
Her training in energy work and integrative practices expanded her perspective and deepened her interest in self-awareness, human relationships, and inner resources.
IntegriTales – Transformation Through Stories
As part of her independent practice, Timea developed IntegriTales, a tale-based approach to self-reflection and personal transformation.
The method draws on the power of stories to help individuals explore their inner world, recognize recurring patterns, and discover perspectives that may already exist within themselves.
