Cancellation and refunds

Right to cancel

Our products are digital and are supplied immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. This is confirmed in your order confirmation email.

If access has not yet begun, you may cancel within 14 days of the day of your order. To cancel, send a clear statement to info@drjonasmed.co.uk, for example using the model form below. We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product is not as described, does not work or cannot be accessed, please email info@drjonasmed.co.uk with your order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or — if that is not possible or does not fix the problem — a price reduction or refund. These rights are not affected by the loss of the 14-day cancellation right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the card or account used for payment, in the currency of the original payment. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.
